iFScanner is a part of the iFieldSmart Technology suite of products that aim at making life easier through the means of employing technology to automate the most frequently performed tasks in day to day life. iFScanner is a QR code scanner that lets you know if the file you have on your local storage is upto date or if a newer version is available on the web when working with a team and using a shared storage for file exchange. This app is focused on the BIM industry and the QR code it scans is created using "MyUpdateFile (MUF)", the Autodesk Revit plugin created by iFieldSmart. MUF attaches a QR code to the sheet which has the shared link to that file, every time you scan the QR code, the app takes you to that link and you can see if a newer version of the file is available, thus avoiding confusion.
